Bermane Stiverne is a Haitian-Canadian former professional boxer. He was born on November 1, 1978, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and he currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. He started his professional boxing career in 2005 and retired in 2019 with a record of 25 wins, 3 losses, and 1 draw. He held the WBC Heavyweight title from 2014 to 2015, and he was the first Haitian-born boxer to win a world heavyweight championship. Stiverne was known for his power and boxing skills, and he fought against some of the top heavyweights of his time, including Deontay Wilder, Chris Arreola, and Ray Austin.
